Installation and Training
Polaris Science Technical Support (PSTS) Team’s Technical Support Engineers will assist to prepare your laboratory facilities and layout before arrival of your equipment. Risk assessment will be provided to ensure safety regulations are adhered to. The Team will ensure the proper installation and commissioning of your instruments. Professional training is comprehensively provided to support end users in using the products for their work. Routine maintenance training is provided to equip end users with basic trouble-shooting of the equipment.
PSTS Team’s Application Specialists and Technical Support Engineers are professionally trained and have the experience to assist the end users in their applications with the support of manufacturers’ application scientists. The Team will organize sample measurement/testing, demonstrations and discussion between end users and expertise of the manufacturers.
Preventive Maintenance Program
PSTS Team Technical Support Engineers offer Preventive Maintenance Program to give you peace of mind that your instruments are well taken care of. Our offers include:
• Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Package with regular scheduled visits and pre-emptive spare parts that are reserved for end users. Priority response is provided to ensure minimal downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance Package with pre-agreed on-site visits for functional inspection and testing
• Service Calls – We offer fast response time and service turn-around time for instruments without PM coverage.
Calibration and Validation
PSTS Team offers professional service in calibration of your equipment to ensure they give accurate and reliable measurements results. We use national or international traceable reference materials or standards for our calibration services. Certificates are available for instrument audits if required.
